The encountER project was born from an intuition of Mariantonietta Melchiorre, CEO of the agency I’Meetaly, who, in partnership with the Convention Bureau of Bologna, felt the need to involve International operators of the MICE world, to promote not only the capital but the entire Emilia Romagna Region with its excellences, its facilities and its services, which make this territory one of the most varied and interesting for operators in the sector.
I’Meetaly is a DMC located in Bologna and organizes special events, team-buildings, corporate and incentive events, conferences and congresses, in each and every detailed aspect, thus shaping bespoke projects, customized on clients’ needs.
Bologna Welcome is Bologna’s Convention & Visitors Bureau and is responsible for the development and management of tourist welcoming services, as well as for the promotion of Bologna and its territory on MICE and leisure market, both at a national and international level.
Bologna Convention Bureau facilitates the knowledge of the area and helps event organizers to get the most out of the destination.
