Mattei, 92, considers the user privacy seriously and undertakes to respect it. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the personal data processing activities performed by Inforend Srl through the Website www.imeetaly.it (“Website”) and the related commitments undertaken in this regard by the Company.
Inforend Srl may process the personal data relating to user when the user visits the Website and make use of the services and functionalities available on the Website. In the Website sections, where the personal data of the user is collected, a specific policy is normally published pursuant to art. 13/15 of the EU Reg. 2016/679.

Type of processed data

Purposes and methods of data processing
Inforend Srl may process your personal and sensitive personal data for the following purposes: use by users of services and features on the Website, management of requests and reports from users, sending newsletters, management of applications submitted on the Website, etc.

Security and quality of personal data
Inforend Srl undertakes to protect the security of the user personal data and complies with the security provisions of the applicable law in order to avoid data loss, illegitimate or illegal use of data and unauthorized access to the same, with particular reference to the Technical Disciplinary concerning minimum security measures. Furthermore, the information systems and computer programs used by Inforend Srl are configured in such a way as to minimize the use of personal and identifying data; such data are processed only for the achievement of the specific purposes pursued from time to time. Inforend Srl uses multiple advanced security technologies and procedures in order to promote the protection of users personal data; for example, personal data is stored on secure servers located in places with secure and controlled access. The user can help Inforend Srl to update and keep correct their personal data communicating any changes related to their address, their qualification, contact information, etc.
Scope of communication and data access
Your personal data may be communicated to:
- all the subjects to whom the right of access to such data is recognized by virtue of regulatory provisions;

Nature of provision of personal data
The provision of some personal data by the user is mandatory to allow the Company to manage communications, requests received by the user or to contact the user himself to respond to his request. Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the confirmation that it is or is not undergoing the processing of personal data concerning him / her and in this case, to obtain access to personal data and the following information:
- the processing purposes;
- the categories of personal data in question;
- the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated, in particular if recipients of third countries or international organizations;
- the storing period of the personal data provided or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine this period;
- the existence of the right of the data subject to request the data controller to rectify or delete personal data or limit the processing of personal data concerning him or to oppose its processing;
- the right to report a complaint with a supervisory authority;
- the existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling and, at least in such cases, significant information on the logic used, as well as the importance and expected consequences of such processing for the data subject.
Right according to art. 17 of Reg. UE 2016/679 – Right to cancel («Right to be forgotten»)
The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the deletion of personal data concerning him / her without undue delay and the data controller is obliged to cancel the personal data without undue delay whether there is one of the following reasons:
- personal data are no longer necessary with respect to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
- the data subject revokes the consent on which the processing is based in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1, letter a) or Article 9, paragraph 2, letter a) and whether there is no other legal basis for the processing;
- the data subject opposes the processing pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 1 and there is no legitimate overriding reason to proceed with the processing, or opposes the processing pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 2;
- personal data have been processed unlawfully;
- personal data must be deleted to fulfill a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which the data controller is subject;
- personal data have been collected in relation to the information company service offer referred to in Article 8, paragraph 1 of EU Reg. 2016/679
Right according to art. 18 – Right of restriction of processing
The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the restriction of processing when one of the following hypotheses occurs:
- the data subject disputes the accuracy of personal data for the period necessary for the data controller to verify the accuracy of such personal data;
- the processing is illegal and the data subject opposes the cancellation of personal data and asks instead that its use is restricted;
- although the data controller no longer needs it for processing purposes, personal data are necessary for the data subject to verify, exercise or defend a right in court;
- the data subject has opposed the processing pursuant to article 21, paragraph 1, EU Reg. 2016/679 pending verification of the possible prevalence of the legitimate reasons of the data controller with respect to those of the data subject.
Right according to art. 20 – Right to data portability
The data subject has the right to receive, in a structured, commonly used and readable form on electronic device, the personal data concerning him / her provided to a data controller and has the right to transmit such data to another data controller without impediments by the data controller.
Revocation consent to processing personal data
The data subject has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to Inforend Srl, Via E. Mattei n. 92, 40138 – Bologna (Bo) Italy, or a certified Email to the email address (INSERT Certified Email ADDRESS), attaching a photocopy of his / her ID, with the following text: << revocation of consent to the processing of all my personal data >>. At the end of this step, your personal data will be removed from the archives as soon as possible.
